For us, beer is not simply a product. Beer is an art form. We at Gräfliches Hofbrauhaus Freising perfect it. Others try; many fail. Our master brewers are highly respected throughout the industry for their uncompromising dedication to quality and flavor.
The Bavarian Purity Law (Reinheitsgebot) is our foundation. We use authentic, regionally grown hops, the finest Bavarian malts, exquisite yeast cultures, and our own water. We draw this premium-quality water from our on-site well, from a depth of over 100 meters.
